What working with us looks like
Assess
We take a copy of your data, profile it and agree exactly what moves, what gets cleaned up and what stays behind.
Map
Every field in the old system is mapped to its place in the new one, including the ones your firm customised years ago.
Trial migration
We run a full test migration. Your team checks real matters in the new system while everyone keeps working in the old one.
Go live and reconcile
A final cut-over, usually over a weekend, then a reconciliation report showing that balances and counts match.
Your data, handled carefully
- Migration work runs on Australian-hosted infrastructure, so client data stays onshore.
- We sign confidentiality agreements as standard before we see any data.
- Only the people working on your project have access to your data.
- Working copies are deleted at the end of the project, and we confirm it in writing.
